Job Requirements:

•Active Class A CDL holder

•21 years of age

•Good work history and driving record

•Must be able to pass D.O.T. Physical and Hair Follicle Drug Screen

•No DUI/DWI or any other alcohol/drug related conviction in the last 5 years

•No license suspensions in the past 12 months

•Experience is preferred. Candidates with under 12+months of experience pulling 53ft dry van trailers will be required to complete our training program. Please visit our website to learn more about our Finishing Program.

Job Description:

We are looking to fill 2 shuttle positions!

Shuttle: Findlay to Lockbourne, Monday to Friday, 5pm-3am

Shuttle: Findlay to Lockbourne, Monday to Friday, 7pm to 5am

Pay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included

•Attendance Bonus – Additional .03/per mile

•Safety Bonus – Additional .03/per mile

•Productivity bonus- Additional .03/per mile

•Stop off Pay – Additional $15

•Drop/Hook- $5 each, totaling $10

•Live Load/Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40

•Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)

•Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously)

•Month Performance Bonus

•Weekly Guarantee Pay ProgramYearly Longevity Bonus (paid at yearly anniversary)
