Real Estate Instructor Opportunity
Agent Real Estate Schools is in search of a knowledgeable and engaging Real Estate Instructor to support aspiring professionals through in-person and virtual coursework. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and guiding students as they work toward licensure and prepare for real-world success in the real estate industry.
In this opportunity, you will lead pre-licensing instruction while drawing from your own professional background to bring concepts to life. You will help students grasp the required material, build confidence with the content, and develop habits that support long-term growth. Your approach will balance education, encouragement, and accountability in both classroom and online learning environments.
The curriculum is designed to support more than exam readiness. You will help students understand how real estate principles translate into daily practice, including client communication, transaction flow, and professional expectations. This opportunity is well-suited for instructors who enjoy creating a focused yet approachable learning atmosphere and who can adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Compensation:
$40 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead in-person classes and workshops that prepare students for the real estate licensing exam
- Conduct live online training sessions and webinars for remote learners
- Deliver engaging presentations that simplify complex real estate topics
- Provide clear feedback, guidance, and encouragement to help students reach their goals
- Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent and effective curriculum delivery
- Stay up to date with current real estate practices, laws, and trends
Qualifications:
- Current real estate license required
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Comfortable with technology for online instruction and virtual platforms
