We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee, on a Contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging recruitment tools and platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and ATS systems to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough background checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
• Leverage CRM tools to nurture relationships with potential candidates and build a talent pool.
• Coordinate and oversee onboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new hires.
• Partner with HR to manage benefit-related inquiries during the hiring process.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends to continuously improve recruitment practices.
• Proficiency in Workday and similar HR software.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of career platforms such as LinkedIn and CareerBuilder.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough background checks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with benefit functions and HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment is highly desirable.
