Multi-Center Food Service/Instructional Assistant
Job Location: Natomas 2800 Stonecreek Dr. Sacramento, CA 95833
Schedule: 8 hours per day Monday-Friday (in a year-round program) between 7:45am and 5:15pm
Pay and Benefits
$21.66 to $24.39/hr. (approximately $45,061 to $50,731 annually)
The starting pay for this position is the beginning of the pay range.
Description: Under supervision, performs the necessary responsibilities for planning and purchasing foods and supplies, preparing nutritious meals for the toddlers and preschool children and assists in the classroom as needed. Cooks for and transports meals to the other center(s).

CERTIFICATION:
- Current ServeSafe (California Food Handler) Certification required
Qualifications:
1. Age and Education: 18 years or older; High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
2. Experience: Food preparation or serving experience required. Preference given for experience working with children in a classroom setting and meal preparation for children.
Other Requirements:
- Fingerprint and criminal clearance required.
- Pre-employment physical, TB clearance, current measles and pertussis vaccines required.
- Must have a clean driving record, a valid CA Driver License, registered and insured vehicle.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
