Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $26–$35/hr (Based on experience)

Are you a true craftsman who can turn raw materials into precision-engineered masterpieces? We’re seeking a highly skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our team—someone who thrives on custom, high‑quality fabrication work. You'll help build platforms, mezzanines, ladders, stairs, and other structures used in industries where quality is non-negotiable.
Every project is unique. Every weld matters.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
- Fabricate parts from blueprints and custom drawings
- Inspect and test welds to ensure top-tier structural quality
- Use cutting, burning, and welding equipment with precision
- Work with weld thicknesses from ¼ inch to ⅜ inch
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5+ years welding experience (not entry-level)
✔️ 3+ years MIG/TIG experience
✔️ 2+ years welding aluminum
✔️ Strong vertical & horizontal welding ability
✔️ Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints
✔️ Understand and verify weld specifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
