Job Description
We are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our Assembly team. In this role, you will use hand and power tools such as nail guns, screwdrivers, and drills, as well as tape measures, to perform manual labor tasks. You will be working on an assembly line, building signs or crates for the petroleum industry from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure.
- Perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift required for over 50 lbs).
- Build signs or crates for the petroleum industry from start to finish.
- Stand for extended periods and move around the facility.
- Collaborate within a team setting.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
- Capability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
- At least 1 year of general production experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
- Familiarity with operating various machinery such as CNC routers and press brakes.
- Experience in the sign industry.

Work Environment
You will work in a standard manufacturing facility that is non-climate controlled and can be loud, requiring earplugs for certain tasks. The regular schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but currently operating on an overtime schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
