ADULT MENTAL HEALTH RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
BALTIMORE CITY, MARYLAND

Among the programs and services, we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.
Who We Need:
We are currently looking for PRN Residential Support Staff to join our Baltimore City Residential team.
What We Need:
- Someone who can be available for various PRN and on call shifts including weekends, overnights and evenings (shifts will vary)
- Someone who has either experience or education related to the population with whom they shall work and an eagerness to grow in the field.
- Someone who has knowledge of the DSM and relevant symptoms of the most common diagnosis within the residential programs.
- Someone who can demonstrate basic proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, advocacy skills and case management skills.
- Someone who can demonstrate the ability to express themselves well through writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Someone who has an understanding and sensitivity to serving culturally diverse and/or special needs population while maintaining patient confidentially.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Staff are responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs. This includes assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
- Staff are also responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes.
- Responsible for medication monitoring and education to support self-dosing of medication.
- Responsible for teaching community skills including ADLs as needed.
- Must drive 15 passenger vans.
- Must have own vehicle.
What You Need:
- High School Degree
- No experience needed!
- Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence)
- Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and provide a negative drug screen
