Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our broker, ensuring she has all the information and resources needed to perform her best. Your responsibilities will include research, email, voice mail, scheduling appointments, writing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining lists and records, developing, updating and maintaining relevant office procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor and the ability to work as part of a team. This position is flexible as far as how many hours per week the successful candidate requires.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as computers, printers and phones
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
