Location: Upper Darby, PA
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time, contract through the 2026–2027 school year

We are seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to provide individualized, one-on-one support to students in a school-based setting. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping students grow academically, socially, and behaviorally while working as part of a collaborative team of educators.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 instructional support based on individual student needs
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and daily classroom activities
• Promote positive social, emotional, and behavioral development
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor and support student progress
• Track and document student performance and behavioral data
• Help maintain a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a paraprofessional or similar support role preferred
• Ability to effectively support students who require individualized attention
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, flexible, and student-centered approach
• Relevant certifications or training are a plus
