Position Summary &amp; Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop OT care plans
</li>
<li>
Provide therapeutic interventions for ADLs/functional rehab
</li>
<li>
Supervise COTAs and coordinate care
</li>
<li>
Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Complete compliant documentation
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Active California OT license (required)
</li>
<li>
SNF or rehab experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical and communication skills
</li>
</ul>
