Pay: $23-$38/hour

What You'll Do as an LPN
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes - administer meds, follow care plans
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and physicians
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance
- Foster dignity, respect, and compassionate care in every visit
✅ What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Pennsylvania
- Reliable transportation to reach clients in your county
- Strong communication, time management, and empathy
- Pediatric or developmental disability experience is a plus but not required
