Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Type: Temp-to-hireJob SummaryWe’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with order entry, updates, and general account assistance. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys being the go-to person for helping customers and keeping orders on track.Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls/emails and assist customers with questions, requests, and basic troubleshooting
- Process customer orders accurately (order entry, updates, confirmations)
- Provide order status updates, tracking information, and estimated delivery times
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse/shipping/sales) to resolve order issues and ensure timely fulfillment
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
- Handle returns/credits or escalate concerns when needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience (office, call center, distribution, or manufacturing environment a plus)
- Strong communication skills (phone/email) and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable with computers and data entry; able to learn internal systems (ERP/CRM experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with order processing, shipping/logistics, or invoicing
- Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel)
