Job Summary
A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances, this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
· Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Requirements:
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing, and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, mopping, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging the room after guests check out
- Ensure all rooms are cared for according to villa1565 standards
- Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
