The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and projects to ensure efficient and effective leadership operations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling confidential information and facilitating smooth interactions across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support special projects and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
