Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peabody, MA, for a CNC Machinist. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. Tasks include reading technical blueprints, programming CNC machinery, conducting quality checks on finished parts, and working closely with the production team to ensure adherence to manufacturing specifications and deadlines. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality outputs.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining processes

Experience with Milling and operating various types of industrial machinery

Strong understanding of Quality Control standards and techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Capability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment

Prior experience in CNC programming and setup is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
