Job Description

Job Posting: President

The Opportunity

Spectrum Laboratories is a high-growth small business operating at the intersection of eCommerce and wholesale distribution. We are seeking a President who will also serve as our Integrator under the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.

This isn't a "sit-behind-the-desk" corporate role. We need a high-level executor who can work in lockstep with ownership to turn their vision into measurable reality. You will be the bridge between our big picture goals and the daily grind of operations, logistics, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

EOS Integration & Leadership (The Integrator Seat)

  • Partner with the Visionary (Owner) to filter ideas and turn them into actionable Rocks and long-term strategies.
  • Lead the Leadership Team’s Level 10 meetings, ensuring high-level discipline, effective IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve), and accountability.
  • Own the company Scorecard, ensuring we are hitting our numbers and that data, not emotions drive our decisions.
  • Maintain the Accountability Map, ensuring everyone is in the right seat and understands their role.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the lifecycle of our products, from procurement and warehouse management to final fulfillment for eCommerce and B2B wholesale.
  • Audit and document core processes to ensure the business is scalable.
  • Manage and optimize supply chain relationships to protect margins and ensure inventory stability.

Financial & Strategic Oversight

  • Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting in collaboration with accounting.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives to expand our digital footprint and strengthen wholesale partnerships.

The Ideal Candidate (GWC)

To be successful in this seat, you must Get it, Want it, and have the Capacity to lead a small, family-owned business.

  • 10+ years in a leadership role (GM, COO, or VP) within eCommerce, Wholesale, or Manufacturing.
  • Previous experience working in an EOS environment is highly preferred. You should know how to lead an L10 and drive Traction.
  • You are naturally organized, detail-oriented, and find deep satisfaction in making the trains run on time.
  • You understand the unique dynamics of a family-owned business and can navigate them with objectivity and professionalism.
  • You aren't afraid to walk the warehouse floor or dive into the data to solve a fulfillment bottleneck.
