Warehouse Specialist Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our growing organization.
Primary Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities
· Receiving, sorting, picking, scanning, quality inspection.
· Quality Assurance confirming condition grade of product
· Responsible for detailed receiving of inbound product from vendors, verifying accuracy, condition, vendor information.
· Shipment auditing and reconciliation
· Organize customer Items in warehouse by part number, condition, model
· Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
· Other duties as assigned
Warehouse Associate Requirements and Qualifications
· Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving department is a plus but not required. Will train right individual
· Capable to work in a fast pace environment without losing attention to detail
· Experience in Reverse Logistics or B2B and B2C returns a major plus
· Forklift Certification a plus
· Must have Microsoft Office experience, specifically excel.
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly each day.
· High School degree or GED. • Be reliable, safe and a team player.
· Have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation to and from work.
· Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time.
· Able to pass criminal and driving background check and a pre-employment drug test.
