Tax Preparer – Enrolled Agent/CTEC/CPA
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)
Type: Full-time | Year-Round (Full-time during tax season, part-time remainder of year)
Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 annually

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare individual and small business tax returns
- Engage directly with clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold compliance standards
Must-Haves:
- Active CTEC, EA, or CPA certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant financial/tax office experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer proficiency – comfort with MS Office and general tech use
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using tax preparation software (Drake highly preferred)
- Previous experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience
