Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective administration of employee benefit programs while providing guidance to employees regarding eligibility and coverage. This position is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and offers a 100% remote work arrangement for a duration of 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support for the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, and leave policies.
• Manage and oversee company leave programs, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Assist employees by providing detailed explanations of benefit eligibility, coverage amounts, and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate and support open enrollment activities, ensuring smooth execution and employee engagement.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors HCM to maintain accurate benefit records and streamline processes.
• Address employee inquiries related to benefits and leave, delivering timely and thorough assistance.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to improve benefit communication and processes.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations regarding benefits and leave administration.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to leave of absence requests and benefit discrepancies.
• Contribute to the development of benefit documentation and training materials for employees.• At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, including leave management.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM or similar HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of open enrollment processes and practices.
• Familiarity with leave of absence policies and administration.
• Excellent communication skills for advising employees and resolving inquiries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave policies.
