We are looking for an experienced a Key Account Manager to join our team based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and account management, particularly within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. Up to 75% domestic and possible international travel with occasional onsite Winston-Salem office visits.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets for accounts exceeding $200M.
• Provide sales support and guidance to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Utilize knowledge of telecom materials and distribution to optimize account strategies.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements in all account management activities.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Work closely with internal teams to align account strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
• Proven ability to manage high-value accounts, ideally with hyperscale experience.
• Strong understanding of telecom industry materials and distribution.
• Proficiency in sales tax compliance and KYC/AML processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer service and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex accounts.
