Production Operator – Join Our Team!
Location: Springfield, TN
Full-Time | $17.00-$18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Operator, you’ll be working at presses, assisting machine operators, removing parts from press, separating parts from scrap, assembles parts, stacks or packages parts and operates equipment.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Operate and monitor machinery (and drive forklifts – how fun!)
- Ensure top quality in materials and processes
- Assist with labeling, job assignments, and other day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Forklift experience? Awesome! If not, we’ll train you!
- Mechanical skills and a problem-solver’s mindset
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate in English
Perks & Pay:
- $17.00-$18.00 per hour, with 1st shifts available (6:00 am-4:30 pm, 4 days a week)
