As a Staffing Coordinator at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest level of staffing across our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Staffing Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule staffing needs for all departments, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime

Staffing Forecasting: Predict and plan for staffing needs based on resident acuity, census, and other factors

Staff Communication: Collaborate with staff members to ensure seamless communication and address any concerns or issues

Staff Training: Assist with new employee onboarding and provide ongoing training and support to existing staff

Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing schedules, attendance, and performance
