Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school in Greenville, SC, seeks a Special Education Teacher to serve as a Resource Teacher at an elementary school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a small caseload of approximately 19 students, providing targeted support aligned with special education needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and administration.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and comply with all regulatory and school policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
- Experience working in an elementary school environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Open to out-of-state candidates willing to relocate or work under applicable arrangements.
