<li>Place recycled rubber materials onto a conveyor system for processing and repurposing.</li>
<li>Stack molded rubber blocks onto pallets for shipment.</li>
<li>Lift and move materials weighing 30-50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all production and safety procedures.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift 30-50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.</li>
<li>Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.</li>
<li>Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required.</li>
