Our organization is actively looking for a full-time, board-certified Hematologist/Oncologist to provide care for our veteran community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clinical practice and education, holding board certification in Hematology/Oncology. The responsibilities of the selected physician will encompass a range of duties, including conducting patient histories and physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, managing treatment plans, handling emergencies, providing consultations, utilizing specialty skills, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Hematologist/Oncologist is expected to uphold high standards of patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various related procedures. Located in Oklahoma City, OK, our facility serves as the flagship for the Oklahoma VA Health Care System. This Joint Commission accredited, referral level 1b facility caters to over 70,000 veterans across 48 counties in Oklahoma and 2 counties in North Central Texas, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. Work Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Preference is given to U.S. Citizens; non-U.S. Citizens may also be considered.
- Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted medical or surgical license in the U.S.
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology is required, although Board Eligibility may be acceptable. Additional certification in Internal Medicine is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary ranges from $350,000 to $400,000 annually.
- A recruitment incentive is available, along with the possibility of an annual performance bonus of up to $15,000.

- Licensure: One full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory is required.
- CME reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year is available (must be full-time with board certification).
- No Physician Employment Contract is required, and there are no significant restrictions on moonlighting.
