A respected senior care organization in Tennessee is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its nursing department with vision, heart, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role at a well-established facility that provides a full continuum of care—including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation.
Position Summary
The Director of Nursing is the clinical cornerstone of the organization—driving patient care quality, setting operational strategy, ensuring regulatory excellence, and mentoring a dedicated team of nurses. Working closely with the Administrator, this leader plays a critical role in upholding the facility’s reputation for exceptional senior care.

Qualifications
- Current RN license; BSN or MSN preferred
- CPR certification
- 3–5+ years of DON experience in a 150+ bed facility
- Background in geriatrics, nursing administration, or related fields
- Strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills
