Position Title: HR Generalist
Location: Woodlands, TX
Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 / year
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5 pm

A globally active project logistics organization with 1,200+ employees across 40+ countries is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Regional HR team. This role supports a dynamic, international environment specializing in complex logistics solutions across road, rail, ocean, and air freight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management and leadership to maintain strong business relationships, provide staff direction, and support employee engagement
• Coach managers and employees through complex employee relations matters while managing shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion
• Lead full-cycle recruiting including interviewing, internet sourcing, and direct sourcing strategies
• Serve as the regional HR contact for onboarding, offboarding, employee interviews, and general HR-related inquiries
• Support regional locations with labor law guidance and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain HR master data accuracy and support the rollout of new HR standards, processes, and initiatives
• Contribute to global HR projects and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, and IT teams
• Assist in the administration and ongoing development of global HR systems and digital HR processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong understanding of HR operations and process improvement implementation
• Broad knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working across international environments and time zones
• Comfort with HR technology systems and digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~10%)
