We are currently supporting a progressive and advanced medical practice in Birmingham, Alabama, in their search for a family medicine physician.
Practice Overview:

• The group is looking to fill a position vacated by a physician who is stepping down to care for an elderly parent.

• Join a team of over 30 healthcare providers in a collaborative office environment.

• Manage approximately 20 patients daily, with a significant focus on geriatric care. Pediatric patients are not part of the practice.

• This role is exclusively outpatient, adhering to a standard Monday through Friday work schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $275K, complemented by a bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Outstanding earning potential, with total compensation reaching up to $450K.
