Inside Sales Account Manager
Location: Buford, GA (On-site Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

Global Electronic Services, Inc. has been an industry leader for over 20 years, trusted nationwide for industrial electronics repair and maintenance solutions. We’re growing—and we’re looking for motivated Inside Sales Account Managers to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Make 80–100 outbound sales calls daily to generate new business and re-engage existing customers
- Professionally present and promote our industrial repair services
- Consistently meet or exceed sales metrics and monthly quotas
- Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups, up-selling, and cross-selling
- Manage your sales pipeline using our custom CRM system
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, converting inquiries into sales orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous outbound call center sales experience (B2B is a plus)
- Confident phone presence with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and overcoming objections
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher with solid computer skills
- Coachable, positive, and motivated by goals and performance
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven
