Full-Time Opportunities
Naples & Bonita Springs, FL
$43–$50/hour (based on experience) + Shift Differential

A leading imaging provider in Southwest Florida is seeking MRI Technologists to join a collaborative, patient-focused team across multiple locations in the Naples and Bonita Springs area.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, high-quality imaging environment where clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient care are at the forefront. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate diagnostic imaging while ensuring an outstanding patient experience.

Available Shifts & Locations

  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Bonita Springs, FL (34134)
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Naples, FL (34120)
  • Three 12-hour shifts | Naples, FL (34102)
  • 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM | South Naples

? Shift differential offered for closing shifts

What You’ll Do

Patient Care

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
  • Educate patients and families on MRI procedures and expectations
  • Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility safely
  • Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

Imaging & Technical Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols
  • Maintain imaging quality and participate in quality assurance processes
  • Accurately document patient information and procedures
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any issues

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all MRI safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and facility protocols
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations
  • Ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
  • Complete incident reports as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
  • ARRT (MRI) certification preferred (or eligibility required)
  • BLS certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MRI safety and imaging protocols
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $42.00 to $48.00 per hour
