They are seeking a hands-on Brand Marketing Director to support them during a period of growth and transformation. This person will play a key role in rebuilding and revamping the brand while establishing a scalable marketing function. You will lead cross-functional marketing projects from strategy through execution and collaborate closely with leadership to shape the company’s marketing structure.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and target audience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance customer experience.
3. Lead market research efforts to understand the competitive landscape and target audience. Use this information to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
4. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives deliver a strong return on investment.
5. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand messages that will increase brand awareness and market share.
6. Monitor and analyze brand performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer retention strategy to increase loyalty and reduce churn.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the brand's positioning and messaging.
9. Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
10. Represent the brand at industry events and conferences, establishing relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on the restaurant industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies.
4. Strong understanding of market research methods and analysis.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
8. Proficiency in using marketing software and online tools.
9. Experience in managing a marketing budget effectively.
10. Ability to travel as needed for industry events and meetings.
11. A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to continually improve customer experience.
