Shift Requirements: 4x10 Schedule - 0600-0700 Start time Float Requirements: Floating between both Deaconess Gateway & Deaconess Midtown (Evansville, IN) – 8 miles apart. Usually assigned to one campus or the other based on skillset, must be open to both. On Call/Call-Back: On call 1x/week and every 6th weekend. 30 minute response time. Weeknight call starts after shift to following morning. Weekend call starts Friday after shift to Monday at 0700 Weekend/Holiday: As Scheduled Required Certifications Attached upon Submittal: NBSTSA CST credentials AHA BLS Minimum Experience: at least 1 year CST in OR; 1 previous Travel assignment completed required Charting/Equipment: EPIC Preferred Unit Specific Skillset: MUST HAVE STRONG SKILLSET IN THESE AREAS: general, ortho, neuro. Unit Information: OR 2 campuses. Level II Trauma Center, 30 OR Suites.
