Your impact
- Execute residential installs and service: lighting, ceiling fans, generators, re-devices, panel replacements, AC circuits, and complete home re-wires.
- Diagnose, test, and resolve electrical issues with precision and care.
- Guide apprentices, coordinate with installers, and adapt plans to field realities.
- Deliver clear communication and exceptional customer service at every step.
- Share preventive maintenance tips and stay current with codes and emerging tech.

What you need to succeed
- Current Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrical license.
- At least 4 years of progressive residential electrical experience.
- Lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with MRC and NEC.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
- Excellent communication and a passion for educating customers.
- Safety-focused mindset; able to work both independently and with a team.
Sign-on bonus opportunity
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for licensed Journeyman Technicians
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for licensed Master Technicians
Eligibility details
- Must hold an active Journeyman or Master license in Michigan.
- Bonus payout schedule will be provided upon hire.
- Eligibility requires meeting all employment, performance, and onboarding standards.
