The Role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer who can confidently communicate complex ideas, build rapport with prospects, and learn our products quickly. This position blends communication, analytical ability, and customer-facing interactions, making it an excellent fit for individuals who thrive at the intersection of problem-solving and presentation.
New hires participate in a structured 6-month training and development program designed to build deep product understanding and prepare you for success in the role.
What You’ll Do
✨ Support the sales team by participating in product demonstrations and client discussions.
✨ Communicate software capabilities in a clear, approachable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✨ Assist prospects in understanding how the platform addresses their operational, financial, or workflow needs.
✨ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements.
✨ Represent the company with professionalism during calls, meetings, and evaluations.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3+ years of experience in roles involving client interaction, demos, customer success, sales, analytics, or similar transferable experience.
✔️ Strong communication abilities, with the confidence and clarity needed to explain complex topics simply and effectively.
✔️ Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency and strong comfort with numbers, formulas, and logical reasoning.
✔️ Ability to learn new software applications and industry concepts quickly.
✔️ Experience in lending, financial services, or accounting is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $85,000–$100,000, plus commission
