Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Read production drawings; perform QC checks to ensure proper mold setup / dimensions are correct</li>
<li>Properly prepare fiberglass materials; adjust chop gun as necessary</li>
<li>Apply fiberglass chop following company standards</li>
<li>Properly roll the parts to achieve lamination of the part</li>
<li>Safely operate all tools and machinery</li>
<li>Maintains tools, equipment and work area</li>
<li>Solid experience with use of basic hand and power tools</li>
<li>Able to pass a forklift drivers test and safely operate a forklift</li>
<li>Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift with minimal absenteeism</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
