This role involves supporting local projects by performing non-hazardous environmental work such as cleaning up paint spills, moving dirt, and assisting with general site labor. You will work hands-on in the field, follow safety procedures, and contribute to keeping project sites clean, organized, and compliant with environmental standards.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Responsibilities

  • Perform non-hazardous environmental cleanup tasks, including addressing paint spills and moving dirt and materials as directed.
  • Support local project operations by completing assigned field labor tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Use and maintain required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes, in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Follow all site-specific safety procedures and instructions from supervisors while working at project locations.
  • Handle physical tasks that require repeatedly lifting up to 40 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Learn and apply new procedures, tools, and techniques quickly to adapt to different project needs.
  • Assist with general housekeeping and organization of work areas to maintain a clean and safe job site.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Be prepared to obtain additional certifications in the future as project requirements evolve.

  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly during the workday.

  • Willingness to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Germantown, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
