Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time, contract position is open for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in early childhood and pediatric care within an early childhood school setting. This role supports students primarily in preschool, kindergarten through sixth grade, and autism-focused K-2 programs.
Located in California, this opportunity requires California licensure (CA SLP) and experience with pediatric and school-based SLP services. Candidates holding or pursuing the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active California SLP license
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology and pediatric populations
- Familiarity with early childhood developmental goals and autism support strategies
- Ability to conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and collaborate with educators and families
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to children aged preschool through grade 6
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to developmental and educational needs
- Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the school and district
