Medix Infusion is looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resource department.


This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, keeping company policies up to date, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization. Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of HR operations. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

· Update and maintain new suite assignments.

· Conduct newly hired check-ins to ensure a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.

· Manage assigned training modules to ensure completion.

· Prepare and distribute welcome swag bags for new employees.

· Create and issue employee ID badges and name plates for new hires and current employees.

· Coordinate and schedule HR-related meetings, training, and performance review cycles including arranging catering and meeting logistics as needed.

· Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested.

· Ensure all HR files, forms, and systems are current, organized, and easily accessible.

· Provide exceptional service to employees and leaders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred not required.

· Working knowledge of HR laws, practices, and compliance standards.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

· Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive patient experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience preferred.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
