Cruise Director
Cruise Director will be proficient in managing the staff and operation of our onboard team. To lead the team, you must be passionate, genuine, and respectful. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of our food and beverage policies. Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, be able to motivate staff, and have an exceptional eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the dining room of up to 300 guests, ensure smooth execution of event details
- Managing a staff of up to 20 people
- Addressing customer needs
- Being responsible for opening and closing duties
- Facilitate training for all service staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work well with and manage others
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Good people skills
- Ability to adapt in different situations
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Familiarity with a POS operating system
- Accountable
- At least 18 years of age
- Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week

Experience:
- Restaurant: 2 years (Required)
- Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
