We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative in the health benefits sector. This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates who are passionate about helping others and eager to start a career in benefits administration technology. You will be the first point of contact for employees, assisting them with questions about their health benefits, coverage, and more.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Respond to inbound calls from employees regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve employee inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Communications, or a related field; required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
