As a financial advisor with HBW Advisory Services, you will be expected to complete all components of a comprehensive wealth management experience for clients in-office and virtually. This includes retirement planning, portfolio management, estate planning, and both individual and business taxes. We expect our advisors to have a foundation in all of these areas and potentially assist or independently execute the tasks associated with this full-service client experience.
Through HBW, you will have the opportunity to grow a book of business that you will directly benefit from. As a smaller boutique firm, we can provide a custom experience for our clients that sets HBW apart from traditional advisory firms and gives advisors the freedom to do what is best for the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing households while reporting to Partner level advisors at the firm.
- Build relationships to create new clients through referrals and various lead sources. Those lead sources include both paid services and internal services that generate prospective clients.
- Oversee investment strategies and portfolio management.
- Execute comprehensive retirement plans to align with investment goals.
- Assist and potentially execute annual tax returns for clients.
- Integrate with branch personnel to complete processes and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust workflow efficiencies and increase branch effectiveness to achieve desired business results.
- As an advisor, you are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- A support network that extends from your client support team office to our National Office
Benefits:
HBW compensation and benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. HBW offers a 401k retirement plan, and a health savings account option. Financial advisors enjoy flexibility in their schedule and are eligible for paid sick leave and paid time off in accordance with their employment package. This will be reviewed on an annual basis to determine additional benefits based upon performance. Financial advisors are eligible for compensation based upon the assets they manage so long as they maintain the appropriate licensing and registrations.
