Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity focuses on specialized ultrasound imaging within a high-risk obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) setting, supporting complex perinatal care. The role offers engagement with advanced fetal anatomy assessments, growth scans, biophysical profiles, Dopplers, and diagnostic ultrasound-guided procedures. The position is ideal for professionals experienced in managing high-risk pregnancies and seeking a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MFM sonography within a high-risk OB/GYN practice.
- ARDMS certification in OB/GYN required; CLEAR certification preferred.
- Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in performing detailed fetal anatomy scans, growth evaluations, BPPs, Doppler assessments, and ultrasound-guided invasive procedures like amniocentesis.
- Proficiency with GE ultrasound machines and fetal monitoring equipment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to continuing medical education and maintaining professional certification.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialized high-risk obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound exams, ensuring comprehensive and accurate imaging according to established guidelines.
- Assist maternal-fetal medicine specialists in diagnostic ultrasound-guided procedures.
- Support fetal well-being assessments, including fetal monitoring and transvaginal cervical evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee daily sonographic laboratory operations.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and providers, providing compassionate support in sensitive clinical situations.
- Operate equipment with care, report malfunctions promptly, and adhere to safety standards.
This role requires flexibility to travel between two hospital locations, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm, totaling approximately 32 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours.
