We are seeking a Cemetery Services Specialist to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This role is essential to maintaining a respectful and well-kept environment for loved ones and veterans. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and take pride in meaningful outdoor work, we want to hear from you.

Position: Cemetery Services Specialist

📍 Location: Green Bay, WI 54311

💵 Pay Rate: $15/hr

📅 Contract: 7 months (with potential to convert to permanent)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the opening and closing of graves, entombments, and inurnments.
Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, tampers, and utility vehicles.
Install grave components including foundations, markers, memorials, and outer burial containers.
Maintain a clean and orderly 25-foot perimeter around burial sites.
Complete post-service tasks including filling, tamping, seeding, or sodding graves.
Support general groundskeeping and upkeep of cemetery property.
Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers and client families.

Job Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – required before start date.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
1–2 years of experience operating heavy machinery and performing outdoor labor.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Comfortable using hand tools and powered landscaping equipment.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Professional demeanor and respectful communication style.
