Broadway Ventures is hiring a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to support provider enrollment and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. This role involves reviewing and processing provider applications, validating data, and maintaining accurate records.
Location & Schedule
- Onsite at: 17 Technology Circle, Columbia, SC 29203
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Occasional travel between buildings may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate provider enrollment applications (initial, re-enrollment, updates)
- Verify provider data with internal and external sources
- Maintain enrollment databases and directories
- Communicate with providers and agencies to resolve discrepancies
- Support system testing, process improvements, and provider education
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred: Background in Business or Health Administration; knowledge of Medicare regulations and provider enrollment.
