Job DescriptionShipping & Receiving Clerk I (Entry Level)
We are hiring an Entry‑Level/Experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk I to support daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing. No prior warehouse experience is required—we’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are willing to learn and work as part of a team.
Shift Options & Pay
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- Pay: $21.50/hour
- Swing Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
- Pay: $23.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Receive and unpack incoming shipments
- Check items against packing slips or invoices
- Enter basic information into a computer or spreadsheet
- Help organize, stock, and move materials within the warehouse
- Prepare items for shipment and maintain shipping records
- Assist with inventory counts and kitting as needed
- Label products according to instructions
- Perform put‑away of received items
- Learn to operate a forklift (training and certification provided if required)
- Complete other general warehouse tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00/hr.
