Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall relationship between our products and customers. This role requires cross-departmental collaboration with the sales team, production team, and quality assurance team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the relationship between client products and customers.

Collaborate with the sales team, production team, and quality assurance team to ensure smooth operations.

Process invoices, receipt of goods, and customer purchase orders.

Design strategies and implement plans to develop and generate new growth opportunities.

Implement weekly call sessions with clients to address concerns regarding production, purchase orders, delivery, and quality.

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and delivered within the agreed lead-time.

Ensure all customer requests for product and general information are processed accurately.

Maintain accurate and stable customer databases at all times.

Manage a monthly budget aimed at resolving complaints that cannot be processed within department policies and procedures.

Ensure prompt resolution of any claims by adhering to department policies and procedures as much as possible.

Establish and maintain business partnerships with customers.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.

Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to process invoices, receipt of goods, and customer purchase orders accurately.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design strategies for growth opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Budget management experience.

Ability to resolve complaints and claims promptly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
