The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n

    \n
  • Set up and operate Nakamura CNC lathe / mill-turn machines
  • \n

  • Read, edit, and optimize CNC programs in collaboration with engineering
  • \n

  • Interpret blueprints, process documentation, and GD&T requirements
  • \n

  • Perform first-article and in-process inspection to verify part quality
  • \n

  • Adjust offsets, tooling, and process parameters to maintain tight tolerances
  • \n

  • Run production while ensuring consistency and repeatability
  • \n

  • Perform part finishing operations including deburring and surface refinement
  • \n

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • \n

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
  • \n

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • \n

Machines, Controls & Equipment\n

You’ll work with equipment such as:

\n

    \n
  • Machines: Nakamura CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Centers
  • \n

  • Controls: (Fanuc-based / Nakamura controls)
  • \n

  • Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, indicators, precision measuring tools
  • \n

  • Environment: Clean, bright, highly controlled manufacturing environment
  • \n

What We’re Looking ForRequired:\n

    \n
  • 3+ years of CNC lathe or mill-turn machining experience
  • \n

  • Experience setting up and operating CNC machines independently
  • \n

  • Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T
  • \n

  • Ability to perform in-process inspection and hold tight tolerances
  • \n

  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • \n

  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
  • \n

\n

Preferred (Not Required):\n

    \n
  • Experience with Nakamura machines
  • \n

  • Mill-turn / multi-axis machining experience
  • \n

  • Light programming or macro editing experience
  • \n

  • Experience in medical device or high-precision manufacturing
