The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
- \n
- Set up and operate Nakamura CNC lathe / mill-turn machines
- Read, edit, and optimize CNC programs in collaboration with engineering
- Interpret blueprints, process documentation, and GD&T requirements
- Perform first-article and in-process inspection to verify part quality
- Adjust offsets, tooling, and process parameters to maintain tight tolerances
- Run production while ensuring consistency and repeatability
- Perform part finishing operations including deburring and surface refinement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

- Machines: Nakamura CNC Lathe / Mill-Turn Centers
- Controls: (Fanuc-based / Nakamura controls)
- Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, indicators, precision measuring tools
- Environment: Clean, bright, highly controlled manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking ForRequired:\n

- 3+ years of CNC lathe or mill-turn machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines independently
- Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T
- Ability to perform in-process inspection and hold tight tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

- Experience with Nakamura machines
- Mill-turn / multi-axis machining experience
- Light programming or macro editing experience
