As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will provide the following:
1. Answer main phone line and transfer calls
2. In office position 5 days a week
3. Acknowledge purchase orders with customers
4. Work with accounting to convey pertinent information to customers
5. Work with warehouse management regarding availability of product (inventory), ship dates
6. Communicate with production to determine lead times for custom models
7. Update and disseminate pricing information as needed
8. Work with planning and the factories on production and shipping schedules
9. Distribute company related information, announcements, etc., as needed.
10. This is a contract to hire position. Performance will be evaluated after six months with a chance for permanent placement.
11. Benefits (medical and 401K) available after permanent placement.
Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum two (2) year college education in a related field
• At least three (5) years of experience
• Professional English writing and oral skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting practices
• Advanced working knowledge with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Additional skills:
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to interact well with customers
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Occasional travel may be required
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
