Compensation:
$100,000+ Potential Performance-Based Earnings
Responsibilities:
- Attract and welcome talented residential real estate agents and support team members to join the organization.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and making final selections.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the residential market.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while tracking progress through internal systems.
- Represent and share Cr8tive Realty’s culture and values to inspire and attract top residential real estate talent.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or residential real estate recruiting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, and driven to achieve goals.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or recruiting platforms is an advantage.
