Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls in a courteous manner and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to maintain organized records.
• Support administrative office functions by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment.
• Handle receptionist duties such as answering phones and managing front desk operations.
• Prepare and distribute internal documents and reports as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders to ensure availability.
• Assist in organizing meetings and events, including logistics and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inquiries.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with general administrative office practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for receptionist duties.
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
